Pet Product Authority is a product comparison and review website. We do not sell, ship, or fulfill products directly. All purchases are completed through third-party retailers such as Amazon.com. As a result, all refund and return requests must be handled directly with the retailer where your purchase was made.
We Do Not Process Refunds
Because Pet Product Authority does not process transactions or handle any products, we are unable to issue refunds, exchanges, or store credits of any kind. Any commission we may earn through affiliate links does not affect your purchase price or your eligibility for a refund from the retailer.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or return, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase:
- Amazon.com: Visit Amazon's Return Policy or go to Your Orders in your Amazon account to initiate a return.
- Other Retailers: Please refer to the refund and return policy on the retailer's website where you completed your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact the retailer directly as soon as possible. Most retailers, including Amazon, have policies in place to replace or refund damaged items.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact the retailer where you placed your order. They will be able to assist you with a replacement or refund.
